Dr. Maurice and Dr. Sheila Williams

Both Drs. Williams have been entrepreneurs in various non-profits and for profit types of business ventures for over 25 years. THE KINGDOM is a natural outgrowth of a collection of both their visions.

Dr. Sheila Williams, and her husband, Dr. Maurice Williams, are co-founders of a local and international Christian ministry REFUGE FOR PRODIGALS SPIRITUAL CAMPUS with a major focus on evangelism and providing outreach services. Both have worked extensively with inner-city outreach programs. Dr. Sheila Williams currently provides mental health therapy to children, adolescents and adults with a wide range of therapeutic challenges. She has also developed and established evidence based programs and educational venues, as well as participated on local, national and international research projects. Dr. Williams is a state licensed therapist/counselor with a Ph.D. in addiction and counseling psychology. Dr. Maurice Williams is the current Senior Pastor of the congregation REFUGE FOR PRODIGALS SPIRITUAL CAMPUS, and has 25 plus years in inner-city programs with adults, youths, health, and prison ministries. Dr. Williams also has provided pastoral counseling, addiction counseling, educational development, training and empowerment to various individuals, groups, and ministries.
